I was a resident at this place for more years than I wanted to. The amenities are broken or under maintenance most of the time. The hallways and walkways are always filthy. I found market baskets in the pool and the spa made my eyes burn and the foam race up a couple of feet high and so was mot safe for use most times. Management charged renters insurance even while I contracted my own and provided proof to management. This went on for years. The excuse was always the turnaround in management and the previous person didn’t completed my request and resubmitted paperwork only to not getting any resolution. I will never recommend this apartments. Filthy and very unprofessional management.

I really appreciated how he 'kept it real' while remaining professional—his humor made the leasing experience actually fun. I’m grateful for his help and will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for a new home. He definitely deserves a shout-out (and a raise!) for his hard work

My S/O and I moved into Mosaic Apartments a few days ago and it's been a great experience so far! First, I want to give a huge shoutout to the Leasing Team's Manager, Amanda. Prior to signing the lease, we encountered a few issues/concerns so we showed up to the office to get our questions answered and hopefully finalize our unit. I could tell it was a busy day for Amanda, but she was still attentive and resolved all the concerns we had which led to our decision to lock in our unit at Mosaic! It was very reassuring to see management dealing with tasks head on vs. sweeping it under the rug. After our inspection of the unit, we found a few minor issues and created work orders. Maintenance was SUPER responsive and quick to resolve them. The units are spacious, amenities are solid, and the location is central to everything. As I've said, we have only been here a few days. Every place has its downsides, and while they aren't dealbreakers, here is what I’ve noticed: - residents have access to an app that allows you to unlock doors via your phone (great feature btw). My S/O and I did a walkthrough of the entire property and tested all the doors. In the event we have a guest visiting, we could just unlock it through our phone's digital key instead of physically retrieving them. Unfortunately, a decent number of doors don't work and they're also not labeled, so we had to figure out which digital key unlocks which door by trial-and-error. - we haven't had any packages delivered to the apartment, so I can't speak on what other reviews say. What I have seen is package locker systems down and multiple packages just left on the floor - which concerns me a bit if I purchase a big ticket item and have it delivered here. I don't think it's fully on the leasing team (I'm sure we have all witnessed delivery workers who simply don't care and do the bare minimum), but nonetheless I think a better policy/procedure should be implemented/executed for the resident's peace of mind, as we are paying a decent chunk in rent. - while the unit wasn't filthy upon move-in, it also wasn't quite clean either. We were planning to deep clean it ourselves regardless, but it is a bit concerning to see other reviews mentioning issues with security deposits being withheld for cleaning, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. No apartment complex is perfect, and all I can ask for is Mosaic to take this feedback and look to improve to the best of their ability. We did extensive research when apartment hunting, a lot of tours in the South Bay, and understand every apartment will have its trade-offs. We felt Mosaic was the place that best suited us for our needs and where we got the most value in return. If you're looking for a spot, I do recommend Mosaic is worth checking out to see if it works for your lifestyle and needs.

Mosaic is a wonderful place to live. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to get to everything you need, while still feeling comfortable and private. The gated community adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind, which I really appreciate. The amenities are great and well maintained, and the staff truly make the experience stand out. Everyone is friendly and helpful, especially Z, the maintenance supervisor, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of quickly and professionally. So far we are having a great time living at Mosaic Apartments. There have been constant upgrades to the property in terms of maintenance and amenities. Upgraded gym, garage cleaning, new security systems and a lot more. Huge shoutout to the maintenance team and their manager Zijad! They have always been on top of maintenance requests. I’d recommend Mosaic for anyone considering.

We have been dealing with excessive nighttime noise from our upstairs neighbors for over a year — loud stomping, dropping objects, and slamming during quiet hours that has severely impacted our sleep. Management has repeatedly failed to resolve the issue despite numerous complaints, emails, and calls to security, instead continuing to ask for more “proof” while ignoring the history of documented concerns. What is especially concerning is the misleading and contradictory information provided. We were told the upstairs neighbors had been given a notice to vacate, which influenced our lease decision. That statement was later denied, then changed to the neighbors giving their own notice, and then we were told that notice was withdrawn. The timing of these conflicting explanations raises serious concerns about transparency. Attempts to meet with the property manager were often unsuccessful, as we were repeatedly told she was unavailable — even when requests were made in advance. Communication only improved after escalation. At this point, it’s clear that tenant concerns are not being handled with the level of accountability expected. Due to both the ongoing noise issue and the lack of consistent communication, we do not feel comfortable renewing our lease.
